3D: Don’t know how to use a any modeller so all I use are crude images
made from a custom format in a text file 
2D: PNGs, PNGs, and more PNGs, because I need the alpha channel.
Made with photoshop or the gimp, depending on the OS I’m on at the
time.
Sound: Sound effects are all WAV, mostly stolen. Music wise I prefer
