Will 1.3 Have Scaling/Rotation Functions???

Hi,

Will SDL 1.3 have rotation and scaling functions for both images and text?
I think these are two important functions and should be included in SDL 1.3.

It has scaling already and from what I understand there will be no rotations. Check new API for textures and renderers addition.
