Subject: [PATCH] don't define SumOfSquaresTest w/CONFIG_REALTIME_ONLY=1

The instantiation was removed in:
0f98fd86d5 remove aom_get_mb_ss() w/CONFIG_REALTIME_ONLY=1

Avoid defining the TEST_P() cases and the class itself to avoid an
uninstantiated test failure:
GoogleTestVerification.UninstantiatedParameterizedTestSuite<SumOfSquaresTest>
