Can you charge money for the object files? ?That would fix the problem.

Well, sort of. You have to offer the object files (or source code, or
whatever bit you need to re-make the executable with a modified LGPL
component) for free (well, you’re allowed a "reasonable shipping fee"
or something like that, if you’re sending physical media) to whoever
you distributed the product to. That product could have been
distributed in exchange of money.

In other terms, whoever you gave your product (which they might have
had to pay you for) have to get those object files for free.

Hence the complications on the App Store of trying to associate who
bought it from who didn’t. Just buy the frickin’ SDL license, I say.
