Subject: [PATCH] Fixed warnings with Windows SDK 10.0.19041

Fixes https://github.com/libsdl-org/SDL/issues/4998
Also breaks https://github.com/libsdl-org/SDL/issues/4998 for older SDKs, but we're going to ignore them, they're just incorrect.
