SDL: Reverted game controller buttons from interacting with message box dialogs

Subject: [PATCH] Reverted game controller buttons from interacting with
 message box dialogs

These would only work for non-HIDAPI controllers, and other controller input would leak past the dialog, both of which would be confusing.
