when i compile my files, then, when i lauch a second compile it goes without
problem, if anybody has an idea, say it, if not, not impotant!
second question(also not that important but more important than the first):
i use sdl and create a new window, what do i have to do to create menus?

If you mean GUI menus, there is nothing you can do (portably). There are
hacks for X11 but that will not work on Windows or other platforms.
It would be nice if windowed SDL output was available as a native GUI
control for each platform, perhaps it will be in the future.
