I’m not getting any video with this:
SDL_FBDEV=/dev/fb1 plaympeg -2 “$@”;
I’m trying to play to second FB device:
devices:
0 MATROX VGA
1 MATROX CRTC2
Incidentally, this -could- be a driver problem - I’m trying to run Matrox
dualhead FBcon with kernel 2.4.10…
But I don’t know how to test that either - I haven’t got any non-SDL fb
apps right now that support more than one FB device g.
Oh - effects are that main screen switches to graphics mode, nothing gets
displayed, and sound plays normally g.

PS: semantics of SDL_fbvideo.c suggest problems in matrox side - but I
figured I’d ask and see if anyone’s got ideas
I’m also looking for how to get sdl working dual-head. I have a G400 at
home that I can test with, but I’ll also be evaluating this at work
using different video cards most likely running in vesafb mode. Has
anyone had much success with this yet?
