Announce: SDL_gfx

Cheers all,

I’ve just released a library wrapping up my SDL_gfxPrimitives and
SDL_rotozoom code and adding a few other useful goodies and called it
SDL_gfx. It is backwards compatible to the original drawing/zoom code.
It compiles for Linux and Win32 (using a cross-compiler). There are test
programs included that show the functionality and usage.

If would be great if you can give it a test on your platform and send in
comments and fixes. Also, if someone could make a VC project for the lib
(don’t use VC myself), I’d be glad to include it as well.
