The CHM document has a broken link. In “Guide >> 4. Examples >> Time” … the
"Next" link skips over the “Video” section and moves on to “API Reference”. The
equivalent HTML document does not have this issue. Perhaps the fact that the
"Video" section is in a different place in the CHM document might be related to
the problem.
