One detail I remember I wasn’t sure: maybe SDL_WaitEventTimeout should
return -1 in case of an error, so that it’s possible to distinguish
between timeout and error?
I guess that for SDL_PollEvent, changing this would cause
compatibility problems, but for SDL_WaitEventTimeout, now would be a
