Bug: MacOS X devel pkg does not install actual framework

SDL-devel-1.2.7 for Mac OSX does not install the actual Framework. Instead,
it installed all the auxilliary files- the documentation, Project Builder
files, XCode files. The library and headers are missing.

Last I checked, I thought at least the library files
belonged in SDL-1.2.7 not SDL-devel-1.2.7, as they’re
needed by programs that dynamically link to said
library files.

However, I don’t know why the header files arn’t
included.
