Bug: SDL_NOFRAME sticks between calls to SDL_SetVideMode

Bug: Once you’ve called SDL_SetVideoMode() with SDL_NOFRAME, all subsequent
calls to SDL_SetVideoMode() will have the SDL_NOFRAME bit set, even when not
specified.
