Congratulations, SDL community, on the crushing of yet another hosting
provider! 
We have moved bugzilla.libsdl.org to icculus.org’s server. Everything
should be up and running right now, but DNS might need to catch up
before it works for you.
If you want to force it, put something like this in your hosts file…
74.81.175.20 bugzilla.libsdl.org
…and don’t forget to remove it in a few days when the Internet catches up.
