Color depth - Windows and SDL_Delay

Hello I cannot use SDL_Delay under Windows98 cause it does nothing,
under Linux works fine…
No messages no wait no nothing. If anyone can use it please, tell me,
otherwise tell me too…

I have done a program in a 16 bits of color, my University has 24 bit
under NT (Not possible change)
And colors are shown but wrong. How could I fix it? Should I rewrite all
to support all depths? (Ok, is not a big work but should I?)

Someone knows how to make it work with all 16 bit surfaces, cause I have
a litle alpha code and other stuff and may take a long time to make
complete support for all depths.

Little OFF_TOPIC:

May be I will write a little Joystick configurer for the joystick
proyect, Can I use SDL or has any special clausure in the licence…
I can’t undestand all terms, sorry.
Thanks–

Is this still true?

Just set a 16-bit video mode, and SDL will perform conversion for you.

You can use SDL, yes.

SDL_Delay works just fine under Windows 98 for me.
Except when I screw it up :)__________________________________________________
