Compiling an SDL program FROM win32 TO win32

Sorry for the misunderstanding but I need some help to compile an SDL
program using mingw32 (not Xmingw32) from win2000 in order to create a win32
binary (I don’t have linux at work so I can’t use Xmingw32 for
cross-compiling).

Is there any win32 script or any Makefile I could use ?

I spent some time last night trying to get this configuration working.
It’s very close. When I get a working native compiler environment set
up, I’ll post to the list.
