Could you tell me

pkg-config is a installed RPM on your system. You must have a version of
pkg-config that is at least 0.7 if not greater. You can typically find
what you need at www.rpmfind.net or through google.

Mr.Torri,

when I compiled SDL1.2.5,a error was generated:

I typed “./configure”

it’s told me that “pkg-config too old”,
I use redhat 7.1

could you tell me how to deal with it?

Also note that pkg-config is only used by the DirectFB support, so if
you don’t have DirectFB, or don’t know what that is, don’t worry about it.
