- Fixed joystick code to work on MacOS X 10.1 (thanks Max!)
- Added a small fix for MacOS X OpenGL code (thanks Max!)
- Updated README.MacOSX on how to support command line building on MacOS X
- Fixed command line building on MacOS X with UFS filesystem
- Fixed resuming a paused CD on Win2K (thanks Aragorn)
- Fixed QNX Photon window iconification (thanks phearbear!)
- Fixed structure alignment with Metrowerks on MacOS
