Microsoft has ceased shipment of the DirectX 5 SDK CD, making it
difficult for me to obtain the header files I need to compile SDL for
Win32. Do you know of anywhere else I might find these files?

I can’t distribute the headers directly, but a search on Yahoo revealed
the DirectX 5 SDK at the following URL:

It’s pretty big (31 MB)
