Using SDL_mixer 1.2.11, I’m getting a divide by zero error. This occurs
apparently randomly when I play a Mix_Chunk, or fade in a new Mix_Music - it
works fine most of the time, but occasionally the application will crash
with this as a runtime error.
I had a look on Google, and it seems that a version of this bug was
addressed with the 1.2.11 update. However, I am using this version and still
encountering what seems to be the same error.

Please try the latest SVN version of SDL_mixer
and see if that fixes your problem.
