Chrome doesn’t accept SHA-1 certificates anymore.
Someone just reported this about icculus.org, too, and it seems to me
that Chrome is caching SSL certs for way too long.
I replaced (AND REVOKED!) libsdl.org’s SHA-1 certs last August. I
presume this means Chrome still has the old certs cached for some
reason, but you might also be getting MitM’d. I don’t know how to tell
Chrome to refresh this.
As a sanity check, this site sees the current SHA-256 certs:
