I have seen an issue like this, but I use a custom build of SDL2, and while I do plan to upgrade to 2.0.9 when I get time it would be useful to know what the code change was for the above fix.

Thanks. I’m actually using Metal not GL, but looking at that changelist it seems like it maybe could apply to Metal too anyway.
