We removed the /dev/js* code from SDL2, thinking this was a legacy
kernel interface that was replaced by /dev/input/*, but apparently that
wasn’t the case.
This will be included back into SDL2 at some point (if we’re lucky, for
2.0.4, but we’ll see). If a stick works on Linux in SDL 1.2 and not 2.0,
that’s almost certainly why.
