General info

I’m sorry I’ve kept so quiet. I did notice Sam’s posting a few
weeks ago about BeOS and threads…is there anything I do or
questions I can answer to help bring the BeOS version up to
speed with the rest of the releases?

Not yet. I haven’t gotten around to tarring everything to floppy
so BeOS can read it yet. As soon as I do, I’ll let you have a
snapshot you can play with (I’ll probably release it as 0.6l)

Working with DirectX under Win98 and NT has kept me very busy.

How many people want the DirectInput patch? It fixes the event
oddness and closing crash on SDL 0.6k DirectX. I’ll roll it into
0.6l and make it available as a patch sooner if it’s wanted.

I was going to ask why everything has to be so complicated, and
then I realized – that’s what SDL is supposed to remedy.

Oh, How many people want read-only CVS access?

See ya!

Count me in there!

Read only CVS is much more efficient than downloading the whole lot
each time, and its nice having a little shell script to do a
cvs update && make

Yeah (wait for…) “Me Too!”, when you show me how to drive anon-CVS
josh…
