Hi,

there’s some project ideas on the pygame(SDL using python) page too:
http://www.pygame.org/wiki/gsoc2008ideas

A lot of them are just as applicable to SDL.

‘pygame’ didn’t get accepted as a mentor organisation, but we’re
looking to be mentors in other related organisations (like SDL) if
needed.

Some of the Tux4Kids stuff could be applicable to SDL as well:

(system file dialogs, copy/paste, detection of ‘typeable’ characters)

And of course, SDL knowledge is useful in helping with these projects,
for those of you who are looking for something to work on, students and
otherwise!On Tue, Mar 18, 2008 at 09:47:43AM +1100, Ren? Dudfield wrote:
