Graphics Primitives for SDL

Hi all,

here is my current incarnation on assembling a list of graphics
primitive functions for SDL. Much care has been taken to implement
proper alpha blending support for all functions (at the expense of
speed).

The code provides for drawing points, lines, aa-lines, circles, elipses,
boxes, polygons and 8x8 pixel characters. A test/demo program is
included.

As usual, if there are any suggestions and improvements, please send
patches to me for inclusion into the lib. I will also work on a webpage
and manual for this lib in the future.
