? Why wouldn’t it be possible? I’m assuming that
you’re implying another question as well, or meant
something else. A few guesses:
If you’re asking if SDL has functions to load and
parse an avi file to play, then the answer is no.
If you’re asking if SDL is an avi file player - no.
It’s a library, not an application.
If you’re asking if it would be possible to use SDL
along with something else to display the parsed avi
file… again: why wouldn’t it be possible? You could
use SDL, OpenGL, or any other library that allows you
to draw things.
If you’re asking for a link with how to do it, the
only one I can think of uses OpenGL. There’s a link at
the bottom with a linux port… which may include
actual AVI loading source, since I didn’t see any (I
think, besides the assembly byte-swapping) in the main
