INSTALL file missing autogen.sh step

Hey,

I know it’s not a big deal but maybe someone should modify the INSTALL file in SVN 1.3 to mention to run ./autogen.sh before everything else.

Right now, it only says:

To compile and install SDL:

1.  Run './configure; make; make install'

May confuse people who are not too familiar with the build tools.
