Install Problems with SDL-1.1.2

I am having problems configuring the audio portion of SDL 1.1.2. It
seems like when configure
is running on the Makefile.in file, that the script is getting stuck in
an infinite loop. Why is
src/audio/Makefile.in 3.5 megs? Should I just be letting configure run
its course (> 10 minutes
on a 200 MMX)? I am running Red Hat 6.1 (kernel 2.2.12) which includes
GNU sed version 3.02,
and X 3.3.5.

Thanks,
Craig

Sorry about this posting. In the past I thought I had
let it run for along time, and it really seems like the
script stopped. This time, I let it run its course and
it is fine.

Sorry for the traffic,
Craig

You can keep letting it run (it will finish eventually) or you can get the
latest CVS code which has this fixed:

See ya!
