Intense stuttering after cpu upgrade on Alpine Linux

Hi,
I recently upgraded my system to Ryzen 3600 along with a B450 motherboard. After upgrade, I noticed that all SDL2 based apps suffers from intense stuttering. Apps (particularly games like urbanterror and sdl-mame) freezes just for a second in every 3 seconds. Old SDL1 apps don’t have this problem.
