key you just pressed is not recognized by SDL [solved]

Hello, I hope this is the correct place for this report:

When I press the button of my microscope (within guvcview):
“The key you just pressed is not recognized by SDL. To help get this fixed, please report this to the SDL forums/mailing list https://discourse.libsdl.org/ X11 KeyCode 220 (212), X11 KeySym 0x1008FF8F (XF86WebCam).”

Ubuntu 22.04.4 LTS
libsdl2-2.0-0
ID 0c46:6369 WaveRider Communications, Inc. Digital Microscope (which is a Carson zPix 300)

It would be great, if I could use the button.

After upgrading to Ubuntu 24.04.1 LTS the button on Carson zPix 300 is working.
