Libjpeg-turbo/ for SDL_image?

Hi,

it might be nice to use libjpeg-turbo for SDL_image if it’s available:

It’s already happening in Fedora 14.

Personally, I’ve been doing that on both Windows and Linux for a while
now. They’re interface compatible, so nothing has to change in
