Loading ALSA dynamically

Hello. I was thinking of making a patch for SDL to support loading ALSA
dynamically (similar to how it can load arts/esd dynamically), as that
functionality would be pretty useful to me. However, I decided to do a
little bit of searching first, and found this:

It seems this was commited to CVS, but it’s not included in the current
SDL ? Why was this removed ? (I couldn’t find any discussion about it)

It wasn’t removed, SDL 1.2.9, which should be released shortly, will have it.
