As per out discussion on OpenGL for the Rage Fury 128 I have determined
that DRI DOES support my hardware. But for some insane reason (insane
only because I am a desperate man heh). I have checked and the kernel
modules are installed. Do you know how I can tell which Xserver is
installed? I think the rage supprt is in the SVGA server and this may
be my problem - I need the DRI server. Do you think it is safe to
download DRI and try installing it? I don’t want to clobber what may be
a good install that just needs a tweak somewhere. Since the auto
configuration of X has come forth I have ignored such things. I used to
install all the available servers.
