Hi everybody,
For those of you who actually like perl, and I guess to
spite all those who don’t, the next generation of SDL
bindings is well into development. If you have some
free time to kill, please take a look at the latest
code base:
It will be in CPAN as soon as I feel it is stable, and
complete. As of now pre-release 1 seeks to get all of
the functions mapped and the data structures too.
The only planned exception is thread handling which
doesn’t graft well onto either of the two perl thread systems.
For those who really want perl threads, I’m going to
push out a fork of perl.

Does anyone know if anyone is working on a ruby port?
That would be a nice thing to have in the world.–
