MS SideWinder FF2 at SDL under Linux with FF?

Does any one has already used the MS SideWinder FF2
with the SDL API under Linux with force feedback? or
know about same one that already did that?

I developed a console application for test the force
feedback effects for Windows, using the DirectInput of
the DirectX, and it’s working perfectly. Can I
programm this same application using the SDL API,
getting force feedback?

AFAIK SDL doesn’t support force feedback.
