Multiple Keyboard Support

I didn’t actually know that any operating system
implicitly supported multiple distinct keyboards, but
after seeing that SDL specifies the keyboard index on
keyboard events, I suppose it’s possible that all
systems do and I just never really thought it did
because many games I played didn’t appear to
distinguish two keyboards I plugged in.

Can anyone tell me what operating systems support this
(if not all?) Are there any systems that don’t support
this?

Are there any games out there that use this? (Well,
not “are there any” so much as “can you name some”)
