NEEDS URGENT HELP~Can't use my SDL trial version

As titled.
THe display window pops up and shows that I need an activation code for my very FIRST day of using the trial version (SDL Trados 2015 to be specific), any idea about what may be going on?
Your help will be GREATLY appreciated!
