No .lib or .h file provided w/ dll

Greetings KInd Regards I downloaded SDL2-2.26.2-win32-x64.zip and found the DLL but did not find a LIB or H files. What use is a DLL w/o these. Kindly Advise Thank You

Those are for end-users that just wanna try a newer SDL.dll - try SDL2-devel-2.26.2-VC.zip (or the mingw counterpart if you’re using mingw instead off visual studio)
