[OT] Is there a free Newsserver allowing to post in this group?

I’m using sending email (yahoo web) to post message
here and browsing with Opera via gmane.comp.lib.sdl
server. When I tried to post via gmane.comp.lib.sdl I
won’t get any error. But message won’t appear though.

Using email to post is okay. But when I’ve to refer to
a certain message (which I always receive one copy in
my mail) it’s very hard to find.

Anyone has a better suggestion?

There used to be a newsserver (news.lokigames.com) but it doesn’t seem
to work anymore.

Maybe you should simply subscribe to the sdl mailing list…

I use the Pan newsreader for Linux with the same gmane.comp.lib.sdl but to
post you have to enter your smtp server in the settings and of course
subscribe to the newsgroup. For a newserver I use news.gmane.org.
Everything seems to get through fine.
