Hi,

I have extended the SDL Perl bindings and was wondering if
it was time to add the link onto the main website?

Thre are numerous examples, include an (ahem) ‘decent’ perl demo example
imaginatively called scroller4.pl, source & screen shots :

sdl_image) ?

Funny you should mention that, but I’m having issues myself trying to
compile it for windows!
But its got nuff all todo with the libs, I’m having XXX trouble with std
perl makemaker stoof…
sorry I cant be more exact without including my stderr msgs, but I’ve never
compiled a CPAN mod on win32 before.
I might figure it out in the next 2 days though…watch this space (maybe!)

SDL-Perl binary for win32 update.
I’ve managed to get as far as linking, but at this stage the linker
moans that the perl56.lib file (distributed with build 616) is not valid. :frowning:
I have sent a bug and workaround request to Activestate, awaiting response.

When I have it compiled and working, I will announce its presence on the website: www.metaverse.fsnet.co.uk

Until then please feel free to try and compile it yourself.
