Pre-compiled SDL for Windows with OpenGL


I am currently writing a game using OpenGL and SDL 1.1 under Linux, but
since I don’t have Visual C++ or the DirectX headers, I don’t have any easy
way of getting it to run under Windows.

Is it possible to get a pre-compiled version of the SDL library for MINGW32
which includes support for OpenGL? If not at present, when will 1.1 be
officially released?
