Problem with Visual C++ 5.0 + sdl

Hi guys, when I try to compile a program for Visual C++ with sdl, I get
this error:

--------------------Configuration: Blank Window - Win32
Debug--------------------
Linking…
.\SDL.lib : fatal error LNK1106: invalid file or disk full: cannot seek
to 0x3beb5349
Error executing link.exe.

Blank Window.exe - 1 error(s), 0 warning(s)

I’ve tried everything to fix it, but it just won’t seem to. I have
like 5 gig free, and the file’s there, and I’ve even asked a few people
on #sdl on irc.openprojects. anyone have a clue as to how I can fix
this? SDL seems like a great tool, but it sucks that I can’t program in
it. Thanks

Hi,

Have you installed VC5 SP3? The problem you describe below is a known
problem if you haven’t.
