Ps2gl

I see that PS2GL release version 0.3 (
http://playstation2-linux.com/projects/ps2gl/ ) yesterday.
Sam when you get some time will you be adding PS2GL support to SDL for PS2?

Just wondering.

OpenGL.

Maybe the question should have been, “Are you, or anyone that you know
of, thinking of supporting PS2GL?”.

From what I understand, ps2gl is OpenGL when it makes sense, and it’s tied
to the PS2 hardware for everything else. There’s no attempt to make the
API fully OpenGL-compatible, as it’s not designed to be an OpenGL library.

It does look like most of the OpenGL setup stuff is there, and there’s a
pglSwapBuffers() call so at least that much can be trivially added. There
is also a GL/gl.h include file, so SDL_opengl.h might be able to be used as
is.

Actually adding ps2gl support to the ps2gs (Linux-only) backend sounds like
a good idea :P.
