QNX support

Hi all,

Can anyone tell me when is the shared library support for QNX expected?
My company is developing a Java base GUI interface for embedded devices (mGUI) on top of SDL and we
have a client that wants to use it on QNX-PPC405 board (an automotive project).

Hi all,

Can anyone tell me when is the shared library support for QNX expected?

Have you tried CVS?
Also search the mailing list for information on QNX, there were several
people very active in QNX development, but I don’t know the current status.

See ya,

There are shared library builds of libSDL on the 3rd party repository.
The source is available on the 3rd party CD, but I don’t know if the
patches have been submitted or not.

You can find both the online repository and the ISO for the CD at

http://www.qnx.com/developer/download/contrib/

Thanks Dave,

I’ll try to find the sources that were used - it’s only available for x86 in the repository.

Thanks Sam,

I tried the CVS too - it looks like there’s only static libs support too.
I guess the source that was used for the x86 qnx port (it shared libs) was modified.
I’ll try to find the patches.
