Recording audio WinMm

Hi once again,

I have been looking into the implementation of WinMm in src/audio/winmm,
and it does appear as if capturing is already implemented in that
backend. Is there something I’m missing? Is there missing general
infrastructure that hasn’t been added to the audio system yet where it
can’t hand the samples provided by WinMm back to the end user? I’m
trying to figure out what has already been done and what remains, to see
if there’s anything I can help with.
