S60 sdl

I just updated a S60 SDL. Now it is possible to port apps to S60 without
writing a single line of Symbian code! See
http://koti.mbnet.fi/mertama/sdl.html. Most of the SDL test apps work “as-is”.
Except those using CD-ROM, joystick and signaling (signaling is not supported
in ESTLIB, with OpenC I havent tested).
