SDL 1.3 window switch bug

Hello there,

meanwhile I found another interesting bug in SDL 1.3. When you switch
between windows by clicking a mouse their z-order is switched
correctly, but until you move the mouse pointer it won’t accept
another click on same coordinates. You just click and click and no
events are pushed to the queue… you need to move the pointer by few
pixels and then it will accept another click again. I saw this
behaviour only on MacOSX till now.
