SDL and older versions of codewarrior?

Can SDL be built under Codewarrior Pro 3(under win32)?
I can’t afford to upgrade to the newest version right now.

If it is possible, could someone please give me info on how to do it.

I don’t know if anybody has done it in the past year.
You can use the native Cygwin stuff as a UNIXy way to build on Windows:
