The SDL’s cursor don’t looks like the reals MacOS cursor.

I’v changed the file “SDL_cursor_c.h” so it looks better (to me!).

Who wants it ? Is is considered as an update ? Who manage the new
versions of SDL ?

I do. Go ahead and send it to me. The cursor isn’t really supposed
to be a real Mac cursor, I just liked the way it looked. I’ll be
happy to change it if people want.
